What is the benefit of attending?
Students who attend have the opportunity to: (1) Participate as a presenter, (2) Connect with faculty outside of the classroom, (3) Connect with Tift graduate students and alumni in other cohorts, (4) Engage in professional development sessions and activities including the CV/Resume review, mastermind sessions, and lunchtime networking, and (5) Engage in scholarship development by participating in the poster session as a presenter or observer and by attending research-based sessions.

Where will the Leadership Academy be held?
It is being held on the Atlanta Campus in the AACC building. Registration takes place on the second floor, which is the main entrance from the back of the building.

What is the timeline?
Friday - Doctoral Mentoring Program Reception (invitation only): 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Saturday - Leadership Academy: 9:00am - 4:30pm

Do I need to pre-register for the Leadership Academy?
Yes. The registration link will be available on Monday, January 31st. There is no cost for students, faculty, and staff to attend.

What is the expected attire?
Business casual.

What if something comes up and I can’t attend after I've registered?
